Local Artist Audrey Cordova is interested in helping CatNap! Please attend the opening reception of her art exhibit on August 7th at The Tamale Hut Cafe, 8300 W. Cermak Road, in North Riverside IL.  Audrey will raffle off a piece of her beautiful artwork and donate the proceeds to CatNap! Her art will be on display from July 18 – September 25.

This event is back by popular demand! Join us for team trivia (up to 6 people on a team) and have fun while raising money to help homeless animals! Come for the trivia fundraiser and stay for the dancing and DJ at 9pm if you are so inclined. $20 per person entrance fee gets you 2 free drinks, chicken & beef flautas, entry into the door prize raffle and the chance to win great prizes including a keg party for up to 20 people, courtesy of Tequila Mockingbird. We will also have a split-the-pot raffle and silent auction. This venue is one block away from the Metra Brookfield and there is also ample street parking.

Shop for treasures while helping animals? What can be better?! Find what you are looking for at the CatNap Yard Sale Fundraiser on Saturday, July 17th from 9:00am – 3:00pm. As always, the yard sale will take place in CatNap’s parking lot at 1101 Beach Avenue in La Grange Park. Make sure you stop by the CatNap Cafe for some tasty baked-goods and a refreshing drink while shopping. Donated items for the yard sale are welcome (no clothing, please) and can be dropped off at the shelter during business hours.
