On Saturday, December 8th, CatNap will be hosting our annual open house from 10am-3pm at the shelter. There will be refreshments, a bake sale, raffle prizes and a gift sale for both people and pets. This is the perfect opportunity to stop by to visit and find yourself a new pet to warm your heart and home this holiday season. Please invite family, friends and coworkers as this is a public event. We hope to see you all on the 8th! The shelter will be open for adoptions and we have many cats, kittens and small mammals available.
In honor of Black Friday, all adoption fees on black cats are 40% off. All other adoption fees are 25% off. If you’re in the market for a great deal and a wonderful addition to any household, stop by the shelter Friday, November 23rd from 12-5pm. We hope that everyone will join us at our annual fundraiser this year. We will have a plated dinner with choice of entree, silent and live auctions, raffle prizes, split the pot, live music and more. Formal invitations will be in the mail next week or you can sign up next week at the shelter or we will have the information online later this week. Let’s celebrate in style at the Doubletree Oak Brook.

Donations of auction items being accepted now – do you have a service or business that you think would be willing to donate a prize – contact Ga***@ha*****.com to obtain our nonprofit letter and form. Volunteer to help at the event.
A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL OF OUR VENDORS AND VOLUNTEERS WHO PARTICIPATED IN OUR SECOND ANNUAL VENDOR FAIR ON SATURDAY, 9/15. We made lots of new friends and everyone sold something. We also had several adoptions of some of our great cats and kittens. We hope you will join us next year.
Come join us for our first ever Fall Festival and adopt-a-thon this Saturday from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm! We’ll be having a Bake Sale and all adoptions are 30% off! Bird cages, cat toys and many other pet supplies for sale. Over 50 kittens, 75 cats and many rabbits and critters available for adoption. Hope to see you there!

We will have over 15 vendors, including Miche purses, Dove Chocolates, Tupperware, Tastefully Simple, Mary Kay Cosmetics, vintage costume and handmade jewelry, beautiful scarves and handknit items, crafts by Catnap volunteers and supporters, and, of course, Ann’s baked goods! Crafters – Beads for sale by the bag! Don’t miss this sale! Raffle prizes for vendor baskets.
We will also have a gold and silver buyer at our vendor fair from the Gold Refinery Co. CatNap will receive 12% of all sales. Cash will be paid on the spot – so make some cash for yourself and for CatNap.
